Every year on January 26, the Republic Day of India is celebrated. This national holiday goes back to 1950 when the Constitution of the country came into force. The Constitution of India reads that the country is sovereign and democratic. We can admit that India is very friendly as well. For its long history, India has never invaded any country. India is the motherland of chess, algebra and geometry and many other sciences and inventions. For Bukovinian State Medical University India is a country of talented students.
Unfortunately, this year many BSMU students from India study online, and the University is missing our annual traditional performance of Indian students in the Palace “Academichny” dedicated to the Republic Day of India. Nevertheless, in these difficult and painful days for Ukraine we always feel the support of our students from India, their great desire to come back to Ukraine, and continue their studies here at Bukovinian State Medical University. We really believe that good will conquer evil, and the University Multinational Community will meet together in the name of peace, friendship, cooperation and of course medicine!
On behalf of the Rector, the entire teaching team and students of Bukovinian State Medical University, we sincerely congratulate the students – citizens of India on the anniversary of the Republic Day!
We wish you health, success on your life path, great achievements, further prosperity, peace and harmony to India, and all the Blessings!
The University Acting Rector OKSANA ANDRIYETS
